Who are we really? Why are we here?

DC Musgrove takes us on a challenging and thought provoking journey into the deepest of questions and leads us to some startling answers. Science and religion struggle to bring order to our musings, to lift the veil and show us something of the mysteries that lie beyond. But what if there's another way? Another view. One that reaches beyond the stars.

"I have to admit I have a weakness for books that challenge me to challenge my own assumptions. James Burke's "Connections" did that for me. So did Davis's "Don't Know Much About History". Now DC Musgrove has me asking myself hard questions I didn't even know I should ask -- and I love it. I've read several of the great classical thinkers over the years and I can honestly say that Musgrove makes more sense and has more solid data to back his ideas than Aristotle, Plato or any of the rest of the big guys.

"A View Beyond the Stars" is a completely fearless voyage into very deep waters. I lost count of the number of times I'd read a bit and then have to stop and really *think* about what the author was saying. When I was done I felt a bit wrung out. But I came away inspired too. If you enjoy Sagan and Kaku. If you like being taken beyond your mental and philosophical comfort zone, then "A View Beyond the Stars" is a must read."

A View Beyond The Stars is a definite must read for those that are in need of deep answers to questions we struggle with everyday. It is cleverly written for those of us layman who are not science majors. I appreciated the amount of research that was put into the book to substantiate the beliefs of both creationism and the big bang theory. As I read I found myself not only confirming my own beliefs, but I had a renewed sense of excitement about the future. I will be revisiting David Musgrove's View Beyond The Stars again.
